If you don;t want to use the CRM,to manage your Clients and Consultants, you have two choices- VIRTUAL ( using the Arbonne website) or MANUAL- using binders and paper.
Use whichever way is most efficient for you.
VIRTUAL
To manage virtually, log into your Arbonne website go to My Office/Me/Leads.
To learn how to use this, go into The Source and Search the Training video called"Managing My Contacts". ( 9:25)
This training reviews how to add and manage contacts to stay connected, add tasks and events and use the opportunity task to mentor and coach to promote business. PRE-REQUISITE TRAINING is "Managing My Office".

MANUAL
- Buy three Binders and label them CONSULTANTS, CLIENTS and TRAINING BINDER.
- Buy Alphabetized dividers for the Consultant and Client Binders.
- Print out one Client Care Sheet for each client and put in Client Binder.
- Client Care Follow Up Sheet - click here
- Print out a Consultant Info sheet for each Consultant, and put your Sponsor Check list in the binder along with it.
- Keep notes on your trainings.

There is a lot of information and it can come at you rather quickly especially when you are starting up. It helps tremendously to have systems to keep track of it all so that you can find what you need, when you need it.
Arbonne Products and Business Materials
You will need some physical space for products (display and sampling purposes), for sample packs, and for printed information you might want to share with people about the products and the business opportunity. It may be a couple of shelves somewhere or a cabinet. If you can pick a spot where you know things are, you will feel less crazy than looking through piles of stuff. Further organize this space with:

- Another accordion-style folder for hard-copies for client care cards and PC registration forms.
- Small baskets to hold sample packs.
- A place for catalogues, business cards, prospecting packages.
- A shelf for your Gold and Blue Bags all ready to go.
